The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Organizes The 2nd Edition Of Decobuild In Dubai
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment has announced its plans to organize the 2nd edition of the Housing, Building Materials, Decoration and Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “Decobuild 2018,” as part of its initiatives to achieve housing stability and its relentless efforts to improve the quality of life for citizens.
The exhibition, which will be held during November 7-10 at the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hall in Al Warqa 4 in Dubai, aims to bring together both institutions of the housing sector and companies that specialize in the fields of building materials, decoration, and engineering consultancy under one roof to present the latest products and solutions that help reduce construction costs for citizens seeking to build their own homes.
The 2nd edition of the exhibition, which is organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, is officially sponsored by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Dubai Municipality, the Department of Economic Development in Dubai, Sharjah’s Directorate of Housing, Sharjah Municipality, and the Society of Engineers in the UAE, with support from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in addition to Dubai Media Incorporated and Abu Dhabi Media as the event’s media sponsors. The mega-event will include the presence of a variety of government departments and bodies from Dubai and the UAE.
HE Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, stated that the 2nd edition of the Housing, Building Materials, Decoration and Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “Decobuild 2018” aims to keep up with the recent boom in the construction sector in Dubai and the UAE, which is part of the successes achieved by the country due to the vision of the wise leadership in various areas of development, and due to the prominent role that the real estate sector occupies in the economy of the country.
Gargash stressed that the establishment is keen to translate the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to develop the housing system for Emirati citizens and to provide them with the requirements of modern life. He remarked that the establishment also aims to promote the real estate sector in the emirate and the country, which helps to achieve sustainable development in accordance to the UAE Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial Plan 2071.
Gargash added that the establishment is keen to enhance the success achieved by the first edition of the exhibition, in terms of the number of exhibitors and the number of visitors. He stated the 2nd edition of the event will include a larger participation of engineering consulting firms and contracting companies, as well as a variety of experts and officials of governmental institutions and professional associations that specialize in the fields of building materials, decorations, interior finishes and furniture. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to all the sponsors of the exhibition, and to all the companies that expressed their interest in participating in the event.
The exhibition will target exhibitors such as companies that specialize in building and construction materials, contracting companies, engineering consulting firms, interior design consultants, furniture companies, banks and property finance companies, projects management companies, swimming pools and landscaping consultants and contractors, Aluminium and Glass companies, and various other enterprises related to the real estate sector.
