I know a lot of people here eat different types of chicken and I am really interested in understanding what they think of our Soya Sauce chicken recipe. With such a diverse audience in the region I hope my recipe will give visitors a taste of the beauty of Asian street food” Meng’s signature soya sauce chicken recipe is inspired by traditional Chinese flavours and the unique infusion that herbs native to Indian cooking lend to the dish.
More than 20 celebrated street food establishments are part of the unique STREAT initiative taking people on a culinary journey ranging from food found in Mexico’s colourful cities, Greece’s cobbled streets, and in the bustling South Asian streets.
