On the ‘Making of’, Vijay Krishna Acharya said: “As a team, we tried to do something that has not been attempted before. I started working on this movie since 2014. The joy of it was to do this fantasy adventure, but the sheer scale of it brought so many challenges. The process of building the ships alone lasted longer than a year. I hope the audiences likes them as much as I did.”
Aamir Khan said: “One of things we wanted to bring through the ‘Making of’ is a deep dive into the characters of Thugs of Hindostan. In my career, I can’t think of any other instance where I have actually said yes to the film because of the character. ‘Firangi’, my character in the film, was so attractive to me that it was something I was dying to do it when I heard the script. It is one of the most challenging characters that I have played in my career. Fortunately, there is a Firangi hidden inside all of us, so you have to tap inside yourself to bring it out.”
Sanjay Raina, General Manager and Senior Vice-President of Fox Networks Groups (FNG), said: “In terms of visual spectacle and large-scale productions, it doesn’t get bigger than ‘Thugs of Hindostan.’ We wanted to take viewers behind the scenes of this extraordinary film that is breaking new ground when it comes to epic entertainment. We are thrilled to bring this to all fans of Bollywood movies across the Middle East.”
With never seen before action extravaganza, ‘Thugs of Hindostan,’ has already created massive buzz ahead of its release and is expected to break box office records.
