AYA! Launches First-Of-Its-Kind YouTube Series By An All-Female Khaleeji And Middle Eastern Team
AYA! is a pioneering Arabic YouTube series that releases weekly episodes. Backed by AYA Media LLC, AYA! is designed for the GCC and Middle Eastern youth.
Who is AYA!?
AYA! embodies the YouTube series’ target audience. Translated from Arabic, it means wonderful, amazing, and miracle. AYA’s target demographic is young Generation Z for women in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, greater Middle East.
AYA! will take its viewers on a journey – its hosts will start as absolute beginners and gradually become trendsetters. AYA!’s hosts will grow with each episode, along the way discovering their own style, personal quirks, and potential.
What is on AYA!’s agenda?
AYA! has picked its show hosts through casting calls and auditions in the UAE and KSA. The auditions gained great traction and enjoyed a cult following from girls in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and greater Middle East.
The auditions were judged by top fashion influencers @reman_beauty, @nesmahendawy, @fashionfootprint, @themaryoom and @rasha_albeick.

The inspiration behind AYA!
AYA!’s series is designed to empower its audience and inspire them to be the best version of themselves. Themes will include combating cyberbullying, fitness challenges, cost-effective high fashion tips, and launching your own startup.
AYA! will be premiering its first episode early 2020. New 20-minute episodes will be released every week on YouTube, supplemented by Instagram and IGTV.
Who are the faces of AYA!’s first season?
Yara Algain is a Saudi Arabian beauty professional with a background in media and advertising. Flaunting an edgy personal style, she hopes to cast a positive example for fellow Saudian women. Hoping to go down in history (which is a casual interest of hers) as a pioneering Saudi woman, she hopes AYA! is her stepping stone to creating waves of cultural change in the GCC.
Reem Al Hammadi is an Emirati that draws inspiration from the Saudian model, Shoq. With a passion for new adventures, she hopes her latest one, AYA!, sparks an authentic movement amongst Khaleeji women.
Haya Al Yassin, is Syrian journalism student at the American University of Sharjah, will be starring in AYA!’s pilot season. Haya hopes to empower her female audience to dream outside the lines, while also hoping to entertain them.
When she isn’t mastering the art of storytelling at university, Haya enjoys designing cakes and figure skating to an almost professional level.
Assia Mezyaine, from Morocco, hails from a mixed professional background of IT engineering and real estate. A confident public speaker, she will be bringing her charismatic charm to the screen with AYA! Deeply invested in humanity and culture, she hopes to help her audience discover what makes them unique.
