Al Fahim To Provide 85 Vehicles To Special Olympics IX MENA Games Abu Dhabi 2018
UAE-based conglomerate, ALFAHIM, has been confirmed as an official sponsor of Special Olympics IX MENA Games Abu Dhabi 2018 at a signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi today.
As part of the agreement the family-run ALFAHIM will provide 85 vehicles, made up of 70 Mercedes-Benz and 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee cars, to be used for 10 days by Special Olympics committee members, heads of delegations, VIPs and honored guests.
The signing at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, was attended by H.E. Mohammed Abdulla Al Junaibi, Chairman of the Higher Committee of Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019; Peter Wheeler, CEO of Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019; and Ahmed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, Chairman of ALFAHIM.
The 85 vehicles include several luxury and high-performance models. The Mercedes-Benz models include four G-500, three E300 Avantgarde, two S500L AMG and three GLE43 AMG Coupe. The Jeep vehicles are all Grand Cherokee Limited editions.
