Abu Dhabi To Host Inaugural Edition Of Agriscape
Abu Dhabi is gearing up to showcase Agriscape 2017, an international exhibition dedicated to agricultural investments abroad and organized by the Abu Dhabi Food Security Alliance (ADFSA) in collaboration with the Food Security Center – Abu Dhabi (FSCAD) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.
Set to run from November 14 to 15, 2017 at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, the first-of-its-kind event will provide companies seeking investment opportunities in the farmland sector abroad with a comprehensive overview of current and future global trends in agriculture, while enhancing the role of local players in fostering national food security. It will convene some 51 exhibitors offering agri-land and other agri-assets from more than 40 countries, and 300 buyers and key decision makers from companies actively involved in food security and international farmland and agro-processing sectors from around the globe. The closed, ‘by invitation only’ event will enable participants to discuss and compare the latest opportunities available in the farmland and agri-food investment domains.
Agriscape 2017 will feature a unique format, grouping an exhibition, workshops, preset one-to-one meetings and networking sessions among agri-land buyers.
