Heritage Live Concerts In UK Generate Major Interest From UAE And KSA.

Organisers of a series of music concerts at UK heritage sites this summer have been welcoming bookings from across the UAE and KSA in the last month.

Heritage Live say the dropping of travel restrictions and an interest from young travellers in mixing history, culture and music has led to the demand.

There are events across the UK but of particular interest has been a series of concerts in the grounds of Kenwood, the historic site in the care of English Heritage, which sits on London’s Hampstead Heath.

The site is the longest-running outdoor music venue in the UK, beginning annual summer concerts in 1951.

Heritage Live CEO, Giles Cooper, said: “It is fantastic that we will be once again be welcoming many people from the Middle East to Heritage Live this summer. There is a long history of people from the region heading to the UK for the summer and Heritage Live seems to fit perfectly as it offers the chance to see incredible musicians in historic settings that are totally unique.

“We are also very family friendly and it is a real carnival atmosphere all day long and into the evening. All the Heritage Live sites are either in London or a short trip out of the city so we see that people from places across the UAE and KSA combine the concerts with a range of other activities in and around the capital.”

Heritage Live runs from 10^th – 19^th June at the iconic English Heritage site Kenwood House in North London on Hampstead Heath, from 15^th – 17^th July at the Ardingly Showground in Sussex, just south of London, the  stately home Englefield House in Berkshire a short train ride from London on 22^nd – 24^th July, and Audley End in North Essex, just east of London on 11^th – 14^th August.
