Beth Cullen-Kerridge Wins At Global Art Awards

Beth Cullen-Kerridge was awarded Best Sculpture at the inaugural Global Art Awards for her breath-taking ‘Dhow Sail’ that sits on the Dubai Opera plaza. The Global Art Awards were created to honour and generate public recognition for the achievements and positive contributions of artists, galleries and art professionals worldwide.

On receiving her award, Beth said: “I’m overwhelmed by the response that I’ve received from Dubai for the Dhow Sail and, collecting a Global Art Award for my sculpture is an absolute honour.”

Jasper Hope, Chief Executive Dubai Opera said: “Beth Cullen-Kerridge created a stunningly beautiful commission for Dubai Opera that was in keeping with everything the iconic venue represents and we are delighted that her beautiful sculpture has been recognised at the Global Art Awards.”
