Under the direction of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, around 100 tonnes of relief and survival items, organised by Dubai’s International Humanitarian City, IHC, has departed from Dubai International Airport to Madagascar to assist with recovery efforts following Cyclone Enawo, the strongest to strike
